FROM 14 APRIL 2025:ALL AGES HOLIDAY CAMP

All Members are invited to come along for group coaching. Supervised by Senior Coach Binesh and Assistant Coach Tendi, particpants will take part in drills and routines designed to hone and tone your skills. Anyone can join the sessions, no need to register but:

1. Coaching hours apply (you can purchase hours via the Shop)
2. You don't have to attend both sessions in the same day but it is preferred that you attend the whole session.

Starting Date: 14 April, Ending date 25 April.  (no sessions on weekends)

Times are:

• First session 3pm to 5pm (30 minute break)
• Second session 5:30pm - 7:30pm 

NOTE: to accommodate Lightning Competitions on the 15th and 17th of April the times are:

2pm-4pm, and

4:15pm - 6:15pm

There is no Coaching Session on the evening of the 23rd of April due to the Special General Meeting.
