2019 New Zealand Open Veterans Championships

These Vets are using online entries for TTNZ teams events for the first time, for NZ Vets at Easter.   All teams entries must be made by a person nominated by a State or Association.  Each State or Association will need to have an account set up in Tournament Software, from which to enter teams.

If you need help in setting up an account – emailttnzed@xtra.co.nzand you will be sent an email to confirm the setup of an account we have opened for you.   All information bulletins and team schedules will be emailed to the email address you choose, unless specifically amended for individual teams, so please choose email address person carefully.

When you enter teams, please do be careful in filling in the ‘clubcode’.  This will be your Association (NZ), or State (Australia).    Enter the date of birth, gender and name of the person making the overall entries.  You can then enter teams.  Ideally team names should identify the Association/State and age group.   E.g. Manawatu O60 women,   NSW O80 men, Auckland O40 men Blue, Canterbury O50 Women Gold.    You can also identify the players in each team at time of entry if you wish, or leave until later.  Do have player IMR numbers from TTNZ database ready for entry if possible.   The 4 digit TTNZ IMR number must be placed in the Member ID field, alongside their name.  A list of IMR numbers is downloadable here:   https://www.sporty.co.nz/asset/downloadasset?id=667c4b14-0205-4b7f-a5d5-6bc68eec2800

You can enter players for Presidents teams by entering a team starting with “Pres”.  E.g. PresNSW  or PresOtago.  Each draft entry adds a fee of $40 when you select the event “*Presidents Draft”.  After entries close we will tidy this up and allocate players to Presidents Teams.  Normal teams incur a charge of $80 per team.  This can be paid via paypal when you complete your entries.  Have your credit card ready.  But, you can also direct credit the total due to TTNZ bank account  030566-0036686-00 – quoting your Vet Teams and your Association or State name.   e.g.  “Vet Teams Wellington”
